High-traffic areas need special attention, particularly if they’re going to be exposed to the elements for any period of time. The Permeable Pavers team was excited to have the opportunity to provide a durable, eco-friendly driving surface for Mansker Creek Park. This fun project is also American Disabilities Act-compliant, and the ability for water to drain easily was important since the 10,000-foot area was also in a flood zone.

Designing and building the outdoor space was a delight for the Permeable Pavers crew, particularly when they considered all the enjoyment that families would have in the space.

We use top-notch quality pavers to build walkways, parking lot, driveways and entry-exist areas for the properties we’re hired for. We also use cutting-edge installation techniques for uniformity and consistency throughout the paved areas. We even used our own specialty, machine-install technique, a method we are pioneering in Nashville and other areas to create the best-paved, most uniform paver systems possible.

Using this approach, we are able to create total uniformity of a one-hundred percent identical nature, paver to paver. This look matches up very well with the modern, industrial appearance of the location itself.
